We would like to share with you our condolences to each of your Families. I had first encountered Charlie and Gary as a young man on the East River ,we had shared a passion for fishing (Brown Trout). We spent many evening going over methods and techniques of fishing …….Charlie and Gary had seemed to much better understanding these conversations than I . Charlie in particular always seemed to be able to intimidate those large fish to come to his presentations ,and with a little chuckle and grin, kept me amazed at his abilities . Time and time again I looked in awe as to his magic to hook yet another large fish . Both your friendship and kindness will be remembered Charlie. RIP . Thank you for the hours spent Gary
