Heartfelt condolences to Verna's family at her passing. She was one of the most wonderful people it has ever been my pleasure to know. Gentle, caring, compassionate and her faith was so inspiring. Holy Name Parish and especially her sisters in the CWL will miss her so very, very much. I know for certain Verna flew straight up to heaven and is now enjoying the joy of life eternal with God and all her loved ones who have gone on before her, Earth's loss is heaven's gain. Rest in peace dear Verna.

My dear friends Heather & Dennis, David, Latisha & partners, Karen, Paul (Colleen) & family & extended family; our sincerest condolences, caring & compassion in the loss of your remarkable Mom Verna. She was such a lovely lady whom we were pleased to know, not only through our friendship with Heather & Dennis but through our church family. Verna had such an immense & dedicated faith and gave so freely her time to serving both CWL & church functions; her devotion was to be admired as throughout her struggles in life her faith only grew stronger. May the memories and all the special times shared of your amazing Mom (grandmother), sister & friend bring forth a smile when reflecting on the beautiful strong lady she was. Love & hugs to each of you as you celebrate her life here and now in eternity. Xoxo

Sincere condolences to Heather, Karen, Paul and families on the loss of your mother (grandmother). I worked with Verna at Dominion when she was a recent widow with young kids. She was a strong, hard working woman then and continued to be the kind, sweet lady I knew. Her children were her life. Prayers and Hugs to you all.
