I will remember working the Shepard's lunch room with him as well as at the church. The many card games we played and funny stories we shared. A kind man always willing to help.
Wayne was one of a kind. The kind of person you’ll never forget. Growing up in the Salvation Army Wayne was one of the main people who made it great. He will surely be missed.
