Obituary of Faye Marlene Kennedy

It’s with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beautiful mom Faye Marlene Kennedy.

Faye was born in Westville, NS to Lloyd and Catherine Sarty on October 6th 1953. She worked at Zellers in New Glasgow for over 20 years. She adored Elvis and loved music, to dance and hanging out in the kitchen laughing with family and friends.

Faye is survived by her daughter Rhonda Kennedy (Westville); son Danny Kennedy (Ottawa) and sister Valerie Jordan (Jamie) of Westville. 

She is predeceased by her husband John Vernon Kennedy and her daughter Lisa Dawn Kennedy.

By mom’s request there will be no service, but donations can be made to diabetes Canada or to a mental health charity of choice. 

The family would like to extended thanks to the doctors and nurses at the the Aberdeen Hospital. A special thanks to our cousins Patty and Donna for being by mom’s side in her final moments .
