So sorry to hear of Pat's passing... he and my dad John worked together for years, and I remember Pat bringing Scott to our house to dig for worms for fishing when we were kids. I got to know Scott a bit better in Halifax when we were young adults. Condolences to all the family and loved ones.

Our condolences to Pat's family, we were life long friends, sharing many hours of music and songs.Our last music experiment with Roy MacDonald and Doug Cameron in 2015-16 was a memorable time renewing our friendship preparing for the gig at the Inverness County Centre for the Arts. We rehearsed at Pat and Rona's home and brought the house down in Inverness for the Gala event. Rest in Peace old friend.

So very sorry to hear of Pat’s passing. I worked with Pat in accounting at Michelin for 14 or so years before moving to Bridgewater. However, I still got to see Pat almost every year at our annual fishing trip. Pat was a wonderful man… quick with a laugh, story or song. A pleasure to be around. I believe it was Pat who introduced me to the talent and genius of John Prine. Our deepest condolences to Scott, Kris, Jamie and Katie and all who loved Pat.

Pat was a musical icon here in Inverness when I was a teenager. So many fond memories of all the bands he was instrumental in founding, the Corporate Sound ,Black Angus and others.

So very sorry Lucille. Pat was one of a kind and will be greatly missed by so many. I remember him as a baby and watched him grow into a fine young man. We went our own ways and lost touch for many years, but reconnected a few years ago on Facebook. So sorry I won’t be able to attend his memorial but I’ll be there in spirit. I had the pleasure of meeting Pat early on as we met and worked together at National Sea Products in Halifax. During that time Sheila and I were married and Pat stood by my side as the Best Man at our wedding. He never let me forget that he was in fact the best man there! From there we both moved to Pictou County and continued our careers at Michelin. Sincere condolences to all of Pat’s family. He was a great friend and will be truly missed.

Deepest condolences to Scott, Kris, Jamie, Katie and families!
Little did I know what adventures lay ahead when I got the call to do some recording with MCR back in the winter of '80!. From radio jingles with the moron tab & apple choir to Target/Granfalloon originals. Many a late night was spent around that kitchen table on Campbell's Road listening to stories about the Corporate Sound, eating MacFarlieno's pizza and maybe having a beer or two!
