To Ralph,Eva and all of Phillip,s extended family, sincere condolences. I was a grade ahead of Phillip in the old Avondale school. A small school where we all played together, and stayed friends over the years. Like his father, Phillip was mechanically inclined, and when I think of Phillip, I think of his 69 Dart Swinger, blue with the white stripe, 375 horses, munchie shifter, headers, dual exhaust. A wicked beast ! We were sitting side by side at the lights at the corner of Provost and George St, me is in my Fairlane with a 289 motor. Phillip looked over at me and revved up his motor until the building beside shook with fear. I looked back and gave the 289 a shot. I forgot I was still in gear, I nearly plowed in to the back of a Delivery Van. The light changed, but Phillip. Was laughing too hard to move !
Rest in peace Phillip. You were one of the best.

I knew Phil during our many years in scouting, he was a Camporee Chief in 2001 and could always be counted on to get the job done, no matter what he was asked to do.
Please accept my sincere condolences.
Rest in Peace Phil, you’ll be missed by all who knew you.
