Obituary of Pearl Jean Cameron

Pearl Jean Cameron, 82 of Westville passed away on May 21st 2026 in the Glen Haven Manor. Pearl was the daughter of the Late Muzzie and Margaret MacKenzie. 

Through the years Pearl had lots of fun. She was loved a good night of singing karaoke, dancing, playing cards and also good game of Bingo. Pearl was a person who loved to be social and was always willing to help anyone in need. 

She is survived by her son Shawn Cameron; nephew Joe (Michelle) Stewart; sisters Debbie McLaren and Lorraine McLaren; brother David McLaren; sister-in-law Helen MacKenzie and other brothers and sister in the Truro area. 

Predeceased by her husband Wayne Cameron; parents Muzzie and Margaret MacKenzie; brothers Lorne MacKenzie and Sammy Stewart.

Pearls family would like to extend a special thank you to her life long best friend Jean Montney; also to the nursing staff at Glen Haven Manor for the exceptional care of Pearl during her stay.

Visitation will be held Sunday May 31, from 1-2pm with the funeral service at 2pm at Eagles Funeral Home. Burial will take place at the Haliburton cemertery.
