Obituary of Fred Sencabaugh

Frederick John Sencabaugh, 88, Loch Broom, Pictou County passed away on Thursday, March 18, 2010 at his home with his family at his side. Born in Cambridge, P.E.I., he was the only child of the late Benjamin and Lucy (Millar) Sencabaugh. He was a veteran W.W. II serving with the R.C.A.F.. Fred was a carpenter by trade and was a member of First United Baptist Church, New Glasgow. He will be sadly missed by daughters Wendy Kostuk (Mel), Durham; Linda Marshall (Gary) Trenton; sons Freeman, Loch Broom and Donald (Brenda), Hammonds Plains; grand children, Dana; Wendy; Sarah; Heidi; Ben; Elizabeth and great grand children Nicholas, Emma, Calum, Sam and Sophie, Samantha and Michael. He was predeceased by his wife Lena Fleming. Visitations will be held 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm Sunday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville . His funeral service will be held 2 o’clock Monday at Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with the Rev. Leo Fletcher officiating. Burial will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens, Sylvester.
