Obituary of William Francis Penny

William "Billy" Francis Penny, 67, of Westville, passed away peacefully at the Palliative Care Unit of the Aberdeen Hospital on January 16, 2020, surrounded in the love of his wife Judy and daughter Krystale. Billy was an avid hunter and fisherman. He loved long country drives and was known for his sense of humor and the love of his dog Mr. Sweetie-pie. Born in New Glasgow he will be sadly missed by his wife Judy; daughter, Krystale Penny (Edwin), New Glasgow; sons, Scott Zugay (Lee-Ann), Dundas Ontario; William Wilson (Karen), Calgary; grandchildren, Melissa Decoff, Ashley Wilson, Lilly Fraser, and Harrison Fraser; brothers, David "Beaver"Johnson (Kay), Westville; Gregory Johnson (Delores), Springville. He was predeceased by his daughter Carla Zugay; his parents, Willis and Ann Johnson; brothers, Alex Penney and Vincent Penney; sisters, Glenn "Hubba" Fields, Gladys Jackson, Roberta Penney, Frances Penney; and brother Johnnie Johnson. Billy rested at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. His family received visitors Saturday January 18. His funeral service was held Sunday, January 19, at Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with Major Dan Roode officiating.
