Thomas Robert Watters November 26, 1959 - March 27, 2020
Thomas Robert "Tommy" Watters age 60 of Green Hill formerly of Westville and Salt Springs, passed away suddenly on Friday, March 27, 2020.
He was the youngest of eight children and the loved son of the late Florence and Willard Watters.
Many people knew Tommy from his days running the roads in many of the townships of Pictou County. He also spent a number of those years working at Michelin Tire in Granton and MacTara Lumber Mill in Upper Musquodoboit. He was very much a homebody who loved the peacefulness that the province of Nova Scotia provided. Tommy was a man who loved to be in the outdoors, where he would spend time hunting or fishing and tending to his vegetable garden. Tommy also had a passion for strumming the guitar and cooking in his spare time, and you could always count on his TV being tuned into his beloved Maple Leafs.
Tommy is survived by his son Rob (Caitlin); his daughters Amanda (James) and Cierra; his grandchildren Emmitt, Everly and Alexis, Brooke, Brennan, and Damon; sisters, Wilda Rorison (Eric Otterson); Deana Parker and brother Rae Watters (Sandra).
He was predeceased by his son William Tracey; sisters Sandra Fortune and Catherine Rae; brothers, Clarence Watters and Scott Watters.
