I was her Texas cousin, and only just realized I hadn't seen her post on FaceBook all summer... So sad, but she lived a rich and full life. (Actually my mom, Charlotte MacLean Wheeler, deceased in Nov 2018, was her cousin, so Margaret and I were 2nd cousins) She was so delighted by how sweet family was to her, always giving shout-outs. Y'all were incredible as well. Well, I should've made my trip up there last summer so I could've had a face-to-face visit with Cousin Margaret.

I was sorry to read Margaret Ann’s obituary this morning. She was quite the lady. I remember going on the school bus and to school with her many years ago. She was always pleasant, never complained, and had a very positive outlook on life. An inspiration to all.

Betty and Bill, I am so sorry for your loss of your beautiful sister.
I am blessed to have known her, her quirky witt, her love of animals.
She always remembered to ask about my cats and dogs and family, she was always so inquisitive and so interested in everyone.
I will miss her dearly.
