Obituary of Tony Yorke

Anthony "Tony" Charles Yorke, 61, of Edmonton, formerly of Limerock, passed away suddenly on Friday, June 26, 2020. Born in New Glasgow, October 23, 1958, he was a son of the late Donald and Verna (Miller) Yorke. He leaves behind his children Melissa (Steve), Shantara (Patrick) and Tyler; grandchildren Garrett and Murray; brothers, Michael (Gloria) Yorke, Barry Yorke, Jeremy (Cassandra)Yorke; sisters, Vicki Tomozer, Cheryl (Francis) Campbell, Anne (Louie) Cameron, Dawn (Kim) Fraser, Shelly Yorke; companion, Patricia Rohrback, her children Racheal and Austin as well as Racheal’s daughter Breanna and several nieces and nephews. Tony was predeceased by his parents Donald and Verna; brothers Brian and Darrell; sisters Denise and Debi; nephews Donnie and Cory; and sister-in-law Harriet There will be a private family service held at a later date with Rev. Jim Webber-Cook officiating and a celebration of life to follow. Burial will take place at Heatherdale Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice
