Obituary of Shelley Yorke

It is with heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Shelley Nadine Yorke, of Riverview Home, formerly of Limerock on June 2, 2021.

Shelley was born on January 4, 1967, a daughter of the late Donald and Verna (Miller) Yorke, Limerock.

Shelley is survived by brothers, Michael (Gloria) Yorke, Lorne;  Barry Yorke, Alta.;   Jeremy (Cassandra)Yorke; Michigan;  sisters, Vicki Tomozer, Ont.;  Cheryl (Francis) Campbell, Lorne; Anne (Louie) Cameron, Limerock; and Dawn (Kim) Fraser, Lorne; and many cousins.  

Shelley was predeceased by her parents Donald and Verna; sisters Denise and Debi; and  brothers Brian,  Darrell and Anthony “Tony”; nephews Donnie and Cory; and sister-in-law Harriet. 

The family will like to express their heartfelt thanks to the Riverview Home care professionals and a special thank you to the front line staff at Stone Brook for the exceptional care always provided to Shelley.  Thank you to the nurses of Palliative care for their kindness and thoughtfulness.  

A private family service will be held with Rev. Jim Webber-Cook officiating at Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
