Obituary of Jocelyn Whytewood

Jocelyn Jean Whytewood, age 57, of Acadia Avenue, Stellarton, passed away suddenly on Saturday, July 31, 2010 at her home. Born in Trenton, she was a daughter of the late Josh and Jean (Gladney) Jenkins. Jocelyn was a very loving and caring person who always saw the good in everyone. She enjoyed her family who she dearly cared for. She will be missed by her husband, Jack; children, Josh (Kathie), Loch Broom Loop, John (Alicia), Sackville; and Shirley Smith (Nathan), Stellarton; grandchildren, Luke Grant; Sarah Whytewood; Morgan and Clara Whytewood and Keigan and Aidan Smith; sister, Anne MacCulloch (Bill), New Glasgow; brother Bobby Jenkins, Ont; and by many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her son Ritchie. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral by request. A public grave side service will be held 2 o’clock Tuesday at Hillside Cemetery with Rev. John Roy officiating. Services are under the direction of Eagles Funeral Home, Westville.
