Mary K. and I are shocked and saddened to learn of the passing of Willis. To all family members, and others he held dear to him, we extend sincere sympathy. He was a special friend and we will miss him immensely. Willis, Gabby and Cowan St. were synonymous. In times past, he often walked the dog after dark too. We got reflection tapes to give him to put on his person, and he even placed one on the cane. I alway beeped and waved at him and he never missed acknowledging, usually with a shake of that cane. Rest In Peace Willis ❤️
