Obituary of Heather Sarty

It is with sadness to announce the passing of Heather Lynn Sarty, age 58, of New Glasgow, formerly of Westville.  Heather passed away suddenly at her home on May 8, 2022.  

Born in Westville, she was a daughter of the late Lloyd and Catherine (MacCarthy) Sarty.

She will be dearly missed by her son Keith, Moncton; daughter Katelynn, Pictou; grandchildren Jessie, Jayce, Jaylynn and Kali, who she adored, they were her heart.  She is also survived by sisters Valerie Jordan (Jamie), Westville and Faye Kennedy, Westville; special friends Debbie, Karen, and Linea; and nieces and nephews.    

Heather was predeceased by her parents; brothers, Ronnie, Bobbie, and Curtis; sister Cheryl Cross; nieces Janet Jordan and Lisa Kennedy and numerous aunts and uncles.  

There will be no visitation or funeral service.  A family grave side service will be held at Heatherdale Memorial Gardens
