Obituary of Elizabeth Dooley

H. Elizabeth Dooley, 67, Queen Street, Westville passed away on Saturday, October 23, 2010 in the Palliative Care Unit of The Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow with her family at her side. Born in New Glasgow, Elizabeth was a daughter of the late Ernest and Frances (Morris) Pace, Pictou. Elizabeth was the Nova Scotia Sales Manager for Tupperware Ltd. until her retirement. She enjoyed the many friends she met at her card and bridge clubs and enjoyed her camping across Canada with N.C.H.A. She attended St Paul United Church and was a member of the Red Hatters Society. A loving wife, mother and grandmother, Elizabeth will be sadly missed by her husband, George; daughter Lynette Kennedy (Todd), Keswick Ridge, N.B.; sons, Wade (Brenda) Lower Sackville; Kevin (Darla), Westville; grandsons, Steven and Nicholas, Lower Sackville; Brandon and Jeremy, Westville; sister, Margaret TooToo, Nackawic, N.B.; brother, Lloyd (Linda) Pace, Toronto and mother-in-law, Frances Germany, Westville. Cremation has taken place. Her family will receive friends from 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm Tuesday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Her memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at St. Paul United Church, Westville with Rev. Doug Pilsworth officiating, assisted by Father Donald Boudreau. Interment will be in St. Bees’ Cemetery. Donations in Elizabeth’s memory may be made to the Aberdeen Hospital Foundation
