Obituary of James Corbett

James Matthew Corbett passed away on April 30, 2023 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.

Born June 2, 1963 he was a son of the late Matthew and Ellen (Clyburne) Corbett.

James was a Computer Programer and had worked with the Canada Revenue Agency in Ottawa for 20 years, before returning to his home in Pictou County last year. 

James is survived by his wife Andrea; step son Daniel Tulk (Charlotte); sisters, Ann Pellerine (Malcolm), Heidi , Melodie MacDonald (Bill ); brother Reggie (Kristen); mother-in-law Diane MacDonald; sister-in-law Janet Hale (Bruce); brother-in-law Jamie MacDonald (Libby);  several nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.  

A grave side service for family and close friends will take place Saturday, May 6 at 1 p.m. at St. Bees Cemetery, Westville.   A Celebration of Life will be held June 3 with details to follow.
