Obituary of Frances MacPherson

Frances (Osmond) MacPherson, age 68, of North Street, Westville, passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, November 16, 2010 at the home of her daughter Annette, with whom she resided. Born in Westville, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Gertie (Fogarty) Guthro. Frances was a loving mother, greatly enjoying her grandchildren who where the light of her life. She will be sadly missed by her daughters, Mary Osmond; Ruth Weston (Harold); Annette Patton (Albert), all of Westville; grandchildren, Justin Osmond; Katelyn and Emily Weston; Ashley and Aaden Patton; brother Charles MacLeod, Westville; sisters, Shirley Gauley, London, Ont.; Vivian and Darlene MacLeod, Vancouver; aunt Helen Sparks, Stellarton; and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her second husband Joseph MacPherson ; an infant daughter Terry Osmond; and special aunt and uncle Raymond and Marjorie Boyce and step father, Charles "C.F." MacLeod. Visitations will be held from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Thursday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Her funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday from the Church of the Holy Name, Westville.
