Obituary of Judy (Zugay) Fraser
It is with immense sadness that we announce that Judith Eileen (Zugay) Fraser, Age 75, of Westville, Pictou County, passed away on Monday, February 26, 2024 after an extended illness with her family by her side.
Judy was born in Antigonish, to Charles and Evangeline Crossman on March 19, 1948.
Judy is survived by her four children, Bill Crossman (Amy), Claire Wilkinson, Eileen Zugay, and Chris Zugay (Joelene), as well as her nine grandchildren, Mark, Miranda, Stevie, Will, Brady, Cali, Lola ,Sadie, and Jordan and her 6 great grandchildren Alexander, Jaylen, Jax, Maci, Chanho and Jiho.
She is fondly remembered by her many brothers and sisters, nieces, and nephews.
Judy was an animal lover and had a number of pets during her life. One of her most cherished companions in recent years was her dog Toto, who also recently passed.
Memorial donations may be made to Pictou County SPCA.
There will be no visitations. Her funeral service will be held at Eagles Funeral Home on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024 at 3 p.m. with Father Peter MacDonald officiating.
