My condolences to Jackie and family. As a teenager I babysat for Jackie and Roy. I always thought of Roy as being a gentle giant. He was always kind and loving; a giant hearted man. I loved being in their home always feeling accepted , loved and respected. Just a couple of years ago while visiting my family in Mt Thom I stopped by to say hello. Roy was home but wasn’t sure he remembered me. He knew that Jackie would had she been there at the moment. He said his illness caused him to forget. He was apologetic but without need. I told him how I always loved his family. They truly made a difference in my young life. Thank you for that. May Roy rest in peace and May Jackie and family know that Families are Forever.
