Obituary of Barbara Webber

Barbara Jean Webber, 48, MacKay Street, Westville passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2010 as the result of a fire at her home. Born in New Glasgow, Barbara was a daughter of the late Russell and Cecilia “Sissy” (DeYoung) Webber. Barbara is survived by her sister, Louise (Michael) MacDonald, New Glasgow; sisters-in-law, Wendy Landry, Garden of Eden and Brenda Webber, Moose River,; nieces and nephews, Janice (Eric) Mosley, Cory (Christa) Webber, Maria (Matthew) Sangster, David Webber, Evan Webber, Jaime (Chris) Bush; grand nieces and nephews, Jacob Webber and Olivia Sangster, Byron Bush; uncle, Elmer (Ann) DeYoung, New Glasgow; aunt, Blanche Fraser, New Glasgow and special cousin, Carol Stewart, New Glasgow. She was predeceased by her sister, Ester; her brother, Raymond; step father, Michael Sager (who passed away with Barbara) and several aunts and uncles. Cremation has taken place. Family will receive visitors on Friday from 7-9 pm at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. A memorial service for Barbara and Michael will be held 2 o’clock Saturday from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with the Rev. Doug Pilsworth officiating. Interment will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens. Donations in Barbara’s memory may be made to Summer Street Industries, the Riverview Adult Residential Centre or the Westville Fire Department
