Aunt Connie....I didn't get to see you often over the years, but I know you were a wonderful sister to my dad and he will miss you terribly. The last time I got to see you was at his wedding to Libby and when we spoke it was clear you were so happy to be there and we were all so happy to have you there to connect at such a happy occasion and that you got to meet my daughter Kiarra while I was 5 months pregnant with Kaiya at the time! You always had a quiet feminine grace and never needed to be the center of attention, but just being around your family gave you joy that was obvious by the smile on your face. Now you are reunited with Aunt Janet and can watch over Dad from above together, and I will do my best to follow the example you both set as sisters and wonderful aunts to me and do my part to keep the family connected. I first met Connie back in 1967 when I was dating her brother Royce. Then, and on future visits to Amherst, she was always welcoming and kind to me. A gentle soul who will be missed. Ardythe Boss
