Our deepest condolences to the family of Derek.
Derek and I lost contact over the years but I guess that is what adults do. I had a lot of fun growing up on Dunmore Road with Derek "Dick" is what I called him. From biking around the river to skating on the gravel pit pond. And then there was the super glider snow skates on Collie Macs hill, those should have been illegal.
I remember how much fun it was to build tree forts to going fishing. And then he bought his first car, a blue Toyota Corolla. We put more miles on that thing thing, then the space shuttle ever could.
I will always remember you Derek (Dick), rest in peace my old friend.
