Obituary of Dorothy Langille

It is with great sadness that the family of Dorothy Mildred Langille, 80 of Pictou formerly of Scotch Hill, announce her passing on April 9th, 2009 at the Aberdeen Hospital. She was a beloved wife of Alvin, and loving mother of Scott, Moncton; cherished sister of Betty Hull, Norwood, Ont., Theresa Wood, Peterborough, Ont., Shirley Mouche, Tweed Ont., brothers, Clarence , Brighton, Ont., Garry, Alabama, US, Lee, Powell River BC, Keith, Kaledare Ont.; and remembered by many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents Elijah Whitmore and Myrtle (Hilts).; brothers Gerald, Amos, Floyd, Allan, Fred, Art, and Rev. Earl Whitmore; and sisters Clara, Evelyn, and Geraldine. Cremation has taken place. There will be no visitation or funeral by request. There will be a family service at a later date in her beloved home province of Ontario. Memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society.
