Obituary of Warren Royles

The family of the late Robert “Warren” Royles are deeply saddened to announce his passing on Jan 16, 2025

Dad was a life long resident of Pictou County. Dad was a welder by trade and ran his own shop for decades, where he made many life long friends. He was an avid sportsman in his day never missing the opportunity to fish and hunt. He hunted to his last year in life and the tales he could tell were always entertaining and great for a laugh. He also had a great love of music and appreciation for beautiful instruments in his collection. 

Dad is survived by his beloved wife Marie, his children Wanda (Mark) Carson, Kimberley Royles ( Donnie Gammon ) and Glenn Royles. grandchildren Danielle Carson , David ( Evelyn) Carson, Ryan Royles ( Destiny), Shauna ( Kurt) Wentzell. 

Great grandchildren Elle, Penelope, Lily and Madelyn. He loved his visits from Emmy the pup. 

Brother Edward ( Twinkie) and his wife Shirley and many sisters and brothers’ in law. Special thanks to his good friend John Fillier and his wife for always looking out for dad over the past years. 

Dad was predeceased by his parents Alex and Violet Royles, brothers Blaine, Bradd and a sister Mary. 

Cremation has taken place and a celebration of life will take place at Eagles Funeral Home in Westville, Wed January 22, 2025 from 1- 3 pm.
