Obituary of Sharon Joyce

Sharon Ann Joyce, 64, of Durham, Pictou Co., passed away on Wednesday, January 12, 2011 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Reserve Mines, Cape Breton, she was a daughter of the late Malcolm and Catherine (McDonald) MacPhee. She is will be sadly missed by her loving husband Joseph "Joe" Joyce; daughter Cathy Mason (Dana), Antigonish; sons, Joseph, Eastern Passage and Michael (Sharlen), Timberlea; grandchildren who brought her great joy, Jenna Mason, Isabella and Jacob Joyce; sister Delores Finberg (Dave), Kingston; brothers, Chris (Sandi), Middleton and John, Halifax. She was predeceased by sisters Evangeline, and Eleanor Livingstone; a brother Jerome and infant brother Gerard. Cremation has taken place. Her family will receive visitors on Friday from 12- 1:45 p.m. at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Her memorial service will be held 2 o’clock Friday from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with Father Evo DiPierro officiating.
