Obituary of Hannah Taylor

Hannah "Diddie" Everena Taylor, age 94, North Street, Westville, passed away on January 20, 2011 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born April 16, 1916, she was a daughter of the late Ernest and Susan (Renef) Johnson. She is survived by three sons, James (Muriel), Calgary, AB; Kent (Hazel), Dartmouth; Paul, Westville; daughter Betty Mitchell (Fred), Westville; daughter-in-law Janet Taylor, Westville; niece Elaine Chabassol, Westville; 13 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband George in 1990; son Nelson; daughter Margaret Booker; and son- in-law, Frederick Booker; sisters, Vera Chabassol (James); Racheal Campbell (Harold); Lily Mudd (Stanley), and Margaret Cody ; brother David Ernest Johnson. Visitations will be held 2:30-4:30 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. on Saturday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Her funeral service will be held 1 o’clock Sunday at Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with Rev. Doug Pilsworth officiating. Cremation will follow. Interment will be in the Auburn Cemetery
