Obituary of Gladys Leadbeater

Gladys May Leadbeater, 90 formerly of Hoyt Street, Westville passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 in Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow. Born in Westville, she was a daughter of the late Charles Alfred and Rhoda (Hemmings) Langille. Gladys is survived by her daughter Shirley (Leo) MacDonald, Sudbury, Ont.; grand children, Darrell, Angela, Kevin and Jamie all of Ontario; 6 great grand children and brother, Charles Alfred Langille, Pictou. She was predeceased by her husband, Benjamin Leadbeater; grand son Keith; sisters Mary and Ena and brothers, Garfield and Jackie. There will be no visitations or funeral service. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 2 o’clock at the Auburn Cemetery, Westville with Rev. Doug Pilsworth officiating. Services are under the direction of Eagles Funeral Home, Westville.
