Obituary of Irene M. Favier

The death of Irene Marguerite Favier (nee MacLeod), occurred peacefully at Debert Court, on Monday, May 16th, 2011 in her 85th year. Born in Salt Springs, Pictou Co., she was a daughter of the late William and Margaret MacLeod. She was the beloved wife of Reverend Murray Favier; dear mother of Steven, Toronto; and Neven (Joanne), Charlottetown; and grandmother of Michael. She was also survived by her brother John MacLeod (Beth), Salt Springs; sister, Janet Campbell, Truro; sister-in-law Isabel Conrad, Ont.; brother-in-law Richard Favier, Riverton. She was predeceased by brothers Ivan and Vernon; and sisters Eva MacLennan and Marion MacLean. Visitations will be held Thursday from 1-1:45 p.m. at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville, followed by her funeral service at 2:00 from Eagles Funeral Chapel, with the Rev. Dan Gunn officiating.
