Obituary of Martinus Jacobs

Martinus Jacob Jacobs On July 12, 2011 at Aberdeen Hospital, Martin departed this life. Martin was predeceased by his wife, Ymkje (Yme) and their son Johannes Jacobus (Hans) and is survived by their daughters Betje Johanna (Betsy) in Winnipeg and Janke in Vancouver. Martin had received training in milk processing in the Netherlands. In Canada he worked for Woodlawn Dairy in Dartmouth and later, until his retirement, for Scotsburn Dairy in Stellarton. For the last five years Martin has benefitted from the wonderful care provided by the staff of Valley View Villa.
