Obituary of Arthur MacEachern

Arthur Hector MacEachern, 54, of Westville, passed away on Thursday, January 12, 2012 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in New Glasgow, he was a son of the late Ronald and Hazel (Cadwell) MacEachern. Art lived his whole live in Westville and was a licensed mechanic having worked in various garages throughout the area. Art had a strong cheerful personality. He will be sadly missed by his daughter Virginia, Westville; sisters, Betty and Mary, Ont.; Susan Siri, Halifax; brothers, Ronald (Theresa), David (Carol); Jerry (Carrie), Donald “Hickey” (Cathy), all of Ontario; Bill (Andrea), Lorne; John (Janet), Edmonton; Bob (Barb), Westville; Jim, Calgary. He was predeceased by an infant son Aaron. Cremation has taken place. Visitations were held Sunday . at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. His memorial service was held 11 a.m. Monday from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with Captain Neil Abbot officiating. Interment was in the Auburn Cemetery.
