Obituary of Ronald Wright
Ronald Kenneth Wright, age 69, of Westville, passed away suddenly at home, on Thursday, March 1, 2012.
Born in Westville, he was a son of the late Stephen and Isabel (Fraser) Wright.
He was a member of St. Paul’s United Church. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion Br. 35 Westville. He was formerly employed with Atlantic Wholesalers, New Glasgow. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, and playing crib.
He is survived by his sons, Ronald (Janet); grandchildren Justin, Aaron, and Dylan; son John (Shelly), grandchildren, Lisa, Tony, Jillian; son Vernon (Marilyn), grandchildren, Renee, Lauren, Jacqueline; son Dwayne (Bobbi); and several great grandchildren. He is also survived by sister Margaret Rushton, Westville and brother Raymond (Shirley), Truro.
He was predeceased by an infant brother John Fraser Wright.
Visitations were held on Saturday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. His funeral service was held at 1:30 p.m. Sunday March 4 from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with the Rev. Doug Pilsworth officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
