Obituary of Nancy Montgomery

Nancy Jean (Connors) Montgomery, age 66, of Westville, passed away on Thursday, June 7, 2012 at her home. Born on September 8, 1945, she was a daughter of the late Patrick and Alma Isabelle ( Fraser) Connors. She is survived by a daughter Kelly, Mississauga, Ont; a son John (Maxine); and grand sons, Nicholas and Evan Montgomery and John Taylor; brothers, John Pat (Lila), Neil (Rose) ; sisters, Lynn Marie (Alan); Sheila (Jason) all of Pictou County. Nancy was predeceased by her husband Vincent; brother Jimmy and nephew Terry. Visitations will be held on Monday 6-8 pm and Tuesday from 11:45 - 12:45 at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Her funeral service will be held 1 o’clock Tuesday from the Church of The Holy Name, Westville, with Father Gerald Campbell officiating. Cremation will follow. Interment will take place in Gairloch Cemetery at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Pictou County S.P.C.A.
