Obituary of Kathleen Wilson-Johnson

Kathleen Pearl Wilson-Johnson, 92, of Westville, passed away on Thursday, August 23, 2012 in the Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow. Born in Mill Brook, she was a daughter of the late George and Lucy (Myles) Rice. She is survived by sons, Richard , Linacy; Robert "Bob", Linacy; Ron (Mona), Union Centre; George, Salt Springs; John Henry, Lansdowne; daughters, Gloria Crawford, Union Centre; Isabel Whynacht (Clayton), New Glasgow; Corrine Fraser (Bill), Ont.; and Judy Penny (Bill), Westville; 29 grandchildren; 56 great-grandchildren; several great-great grandchildren; step-brother Ralph "Sonny" Grant, New Glasgow. She was predeceased by her first husband Frank Wilson; second husband Willis Johnson; daughter, Sharon Logan-Martell; grand-daughter, Carla Zugay; sisters, Jessie, Lottie, and Peg; and brothers, Reg and Rae. Cremation has taken place. Her memorial service was held 11 a.m. Monday from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with the Rev. Archdeacon Peter Armstrong officiating. Interment was in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
