Obituary of Alden Brooks

George Alden Brooks, 80 of Green Hill passed away on November 6, 2012 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born on New Glasgow, he was a son of the late George and Dolena (Feltmate) Brooks. He is survived by a daughter Patricia, Halifax; brother Oakley, Brockville, Ont.; and sister in law Elaine MacLean, Green Hill and several nieces and nephews. Alden was predeceased by his wife Mary (Aldridge), sister Joyce Baker, brother Charles Ward and Stepfather Charles Ward. There was no funeral service by his request. Interment was in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
