Obituary of Theresa Butler

Theresa Ann Butler, 74 Picken Street, Westville, passed away Friday January 11, 2013 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow, with her loving family by her side. Born in Westville, she was a daughter of the late Peter and Beatrice (Garneau) Johnstone. Theresa will be missed by her daughter, Tara Young (Kent), Michigan; son Shane (Sue), Calgary; grand sons, Connor Butler-McDonnell; Grant Young; sisters, Penny Duggan, Westville, Jane Bond, Walkerville, Beatrice Weaver (John), Halifax, Ida Quesnel (John), Montreal, Caroline Atwater, Stellarton; brothers, Fraser Johnstone (Leslie), Westville Norman Johnstone, Riverton and Paul Johnstone, Linacy. She was predeceased by his sisters Brenda Emilio and Cameal Carlyle; and Wanda Morris; a brother Peter “Sonny” Johnstone. Cremation has taken place. Her family received e visitors on Sunday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. As per Theresa’s request, there will be no funeral service. Family requests, any donations in her memory may be made to the Nova Scotia Heart and Stroke Foundation.
