Obituary of Hazel Dickinson

Hazel Dickinson (nee Williams), Bridgewater formerly of Westville passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on Thursday, January 10, 2013 in the ICU of the Victoria General Hospital, Halifax. She was predeceased by her husband, Stewart, a son Raylo and 3 grandsons, Matthew, Raymond and Mark. Born in Raymond, Alberta, October 21, 1933, she is the last of her generation, following her parents Sherman & Cleo Williams and 10 siblings and spouses. She is survived by daughter Kathy Dorey, son-in-law Neil, grandchildren Bryce, Janelle, Kira and Austin; daughter Chris Dickinson with grandpuppies Molly and Susie. Hazel was a lifelong devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. She loved to knit, crochet, quilt, read, bake fabulous bread and always found ways to help others. She will be truly missed. Visitations were held on Sunday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Her funeral service will be Monday January 14 from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Abercrombie Rd., New Glasgow. Burial will be in the Auburn Cemetery, Westville
