Obituary of Terry Priest

Terrance "Terry" Alexander Priest, 28, of Westville, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, April 6, 2013. Born in the Grace Maternity Hospital, August 31, 1984, he is the son of Sherry Priest and step-son of Tony Weatherby of Westville. Terry played hockey in his early years in Stellarton and later with Westville Minor Hockey Assoc. He had a big smile and enjoyed making everyone laugh. Terry had a big heart, lots of friends, and would do anything to help out. He will be dearly missed by his parents; step-brothers Matthew Weatherby (Sarah), Edmonton, Anthony Weatherby, Fredericton; grandparents, Hector Priest "Papa" (Nancy MacLennan), New Glasgow and Joann Priest (Bill Rae), Lyons Brook, aunts, Shelly Priest, Westville, Michelle Rector (Phil), Priestville , Sheila Priest (Dan Moore), NFLD; cousins, Samantha and Kyle Rector and girlfriend, Kenda Hayman, New Glasgow. Visitations were held Wednesday April 10 at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. His funeral service was held 11 o’clock Thursday April 11 from First Presbyterian Church, Stellarton with the Rev. Charles MacPherson officiating. Donations in his memory may be made to the Pictou County S.P.C.A.
