Obituary of Leo Fahey
Leo Fahey (Jr) It is with heavy hearts, that we announce the death of our son and brother, "Little Leo", who passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family at the Palliative Care Unit of the Aberdeen Hospital, on April 18, 2013. Leo was a son of Leo Fahey and the late Lillian Fahey.
He is survived by his father Leo (Edie); daughter Natalie, who was his pride and joy; twin sister Lee; sister Alanna; brothers , Trevor (Jeayn), Gus (Lynn), Derek.; nieces, Stephanie, Gabe, Sawyer, and nephews, TA, Drew, Ben, Christopher, and Alexander.
He was predeceased by an infant daughter, Maria .
Leo obtained his LPN nursing degree from Dartmouth Community College, his psychiatric Nursing Certificate from the Nova Scotia Hospital, and Ministry Diploma from St. F.X.U. Leo had a counseling website "Grief: The Solitary Journey, helping countless numbers of people. He touched others deeply through his spiritual, compassionate and gentle bedside manner. He enjoyed decorating on festive occasions, gardening, opera and loved animals.

Cremation has taken place. The family will receive visitors on Saturday evening from 7-9 p.m. at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. There will be no service by his request. Donations in his memory may be made to the S.P.C.A., Pictou County.
