Obituary of Greg Horne

Gregory Joseph William Horne, 65 of Dufferin Street, Westville passed away on Friday May 10, 2013 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Westville, he was a son of Margaret (Cyr) Horne and the late Joseph Horne. A carpenter by trade, Greg also like to hunt, fish and garden. Above all, he was one who put his family first, greatly enjoying his children and grandchildren. Greg will be sadly missed by his mother Margaret; sons Greg (Melissa); Jeff (Lorrie); Jeremy (Ann) and Josh (Marie) all of Westville; 12 grand children; sister Priscilla Stewart, Millsville; brother Gilbert Cyr (Sheryl), Durham; sister-in-law Faye Horne, Westville and uncle Gordon Cyr (Linda), Westville. He predeceased by his father Joe, his wife, Theresa (Boutilier) and infant grand daughter Natalie; brother Gerard and3 infant sisters. Visitations were held on Sunday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. His funeral service wias held on Monday May 13, at 11 am from the Church of the Holy Name, Westville with Father Gerald Campbell officiating. Burial will be in the Holy Name Cemetery.
