Obituary of Annie Timmons

Annie Mae (Browning) Timmons, 87, Drummond Road, Westville passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday, July 31, 2013, with her daughter by her side. Born in French River, she was the daughter of the late James and Jane Browning. She is survived by her daughter Margaret Wong (Tony), Stellarton; son David (Lorna), Ont.; sister Jean Haggart, French River; nine grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren. Annie was predeceased by her husband, Joseph; sons, Donald, George and Gordon; grand-daughter Betty Ann; brother Austin; sisters, Margaret and Christine. There will be no visitation or funeral service. A grave side service will be held at St. Bees’ Cemetery, Westville with the Rev. Aidan Kingsbury officiating. Donations in Annie’s memory may be made to the Pictou County V.O.N. or the Aberdeen Palliative Care Society. Arrangements are entrusted to Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. www.eaglesfuneralhome.ca
