Obituary of Linda Millen

Linda Marie Millen, 55 of Westville passed away on Wednesday, November 6, 2013. Born in Tatamagouche on August 1, 1958, Linda was a Personal Care Worker and worked at Valley View Villa, Riverton. Linda brought joy to her co-workers and residents with her kindness and generosity. She shared many laughs with co-workers and friends over a Tim’s. Linda was an animal lover who delighted in the company of her two cats, Lexi and Astroid. She loved flowers and gardening. Linda was a talented craftswoman known for her beautiful crochet work. She took great pride in her family and “her girls.” Linda will be dearly missed by her husband, Clinton; daughters, Alisha, Halifax; Andrea (Scott Silvester), Calgary; Chelsey (Matt Trenholm), Halifax; Catherine (Niall Nemecek), Fredericton; foster families and special friends Ted, Dot, Annette and Mike Kelly; Brenda Gordon and Theresa Miller and family. She is also survived by her sisters and brothers, Joyce, Doris, Wanda, Karen, Sue, Sandra, Sharon, John and Howard. She was predeceased by her father Elmer Bailey, brothers, Allen and Craig and foster father Rod Miller. Linda will be loved and remembered in her daughters hearts. Her family received visitors on Sunday at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. There will be no funeral service by request. Family flowers only; donations in her memory may be made to the S.P.C.A.
