Obituary of Mabel Walsh

Mabel Georgina Walsh, 67, of New Glasgow, passed away on Tuesday, January 14, 2014 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow. Born in Five Islands, she was a daughter of the late Lisby and Elizabeth (Stewart) Corbett. She is survived by her husband Ernie; daughter Charlene (Eddie McPhee), New Glasgow; sons, Jerry (Annie), Cap Pele, NB; Delbert, Pictou; grandchildren, Caitlyn, Brandy, and George; brothers, Ernest (Doreen), Wallace (Jaunita), Layton (Phyllis), Joe (Lillian), Doug (Cathy); sisters, Hattie Stapleton, Muriel Bezanson (Jordie), Isabel Morrison (Arnold); and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by daughter in law Josephine; brothers Stanley Corbett, Eli Corbett, and Harold Johnson; sisters, Dolly Corbett and Alma Marshall. Cremation has taken place. Familyl received visitors on Wednesday january 15 . at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville. Grave side service will be held at St. Bees Cemetery at a later date. www.eaglesfuneralhome.ca
