Obituary of Lynn Arsenault

It is with deep sadness, that we announce the sudden passing of Cheryl Lynn (Thomas) Arsenault on Saturday, October 4, 2014. She was a daughter of the late Ruby Jean (Graham) Thomas and a daughter of Elvin Thomas, PEI. She is survived by brothers and sisters, Judy White (Bill); Susan MacKenzie; Cathy Rayner (Richard); Glenn Thomas (Crystal); Barry Thomas (Regan); Danny Thomas (Bonnie) and many nieces and nephews. Lynn will be remembered for her wonderful sense of humour, loving heart, and her loyalty to her family and friends. An exuberant personality, Lynn loved to tell stories and make people laugh. She took pride in herself and endeavored to care for those close to her. Lynn’s honesty was only exceeded by her love of life and adventure. She was a fine cook, an avid reader, and a lover of animals. Lynn found the good in Swiper, when others would have turned the other way and she became her loyal companion. First and foremost, however, Lynn was a devoted sister and will be sorely missed by all who loved her. Her family will received visitors on Thursday from 1-1:45 at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville from where her funeral service was held 2 o’clock with Rev. Dr. Glen Matheson officiating. Interment was in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens. Donations in her memory may be made to the Pictou Co. S.P.C.A.
