Obituary of Len Stewart

We regret to announce the passing of George Leonard Stewart on November 23, 2014. Len was a long distance transport driver for many years, working most recently at King Freight, Langille’s and Blue Rhino. Until his health began to fail, he enjoyed golfing, fishing and hunting, and right until the end sitting at Timmy’s with the gang. Although being very brave, God saw throught his suffering and called him home. Len is survived by his wife Linda; children, Cathy Welch (Jim); Elaine Allensen (John); and Charlene Klassen (James); grandchildren, Chevy, Jenna, Riley, Natasha, Alyssa and Steven. A memorial service was held Thursday, December 4, at 11a.m. at the Salvation Army Church, Westville with Captain Neil Abbott officiating. Special thanks to Dr. Farrell and all the Palliative Care nurses for their understanding and care. Arrangements are under the direction of Eagles Funeral Home, Westville
