Obituary of Thomas Lloyd
Thomas Wayne Lloyd, age 71, of Westville, passed away on Sunday, October 16, 2016 in the Aberdeen Hospital, New Glasgow.
Born in Westville, he was a son of the late John and Annie (MacLean) Lloyd.
Tom was a welder by trade and had worked at Scott Maritime Pulp Mill, Abercrombie until his retirement. He was a member of The Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 35, Westville. Tom enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing darts, however his greatest love was for his children and grand children, unconditionally.
He will be dearly missed by his loving wife , Cheryl Green; daughter Cathy Bowron (Angus), Sylvester; sons Tim (Lori), B.C.; Tommy (Lillian), Westville; grandchildren, Lacey, Lexie, Emily, Ashley, Thomas, and Tiffany; great-grandchildren, MacKenzie, Gavin, Jourden, Brayden, and Ava; stepdaughter, Deanne Smith (Paul), Bangor; stepson R. Todd, Toronto; step-grandchildren, Elysse and Lauren Green, and Patrick and Mya Smith; step great grand children, Dana, Damon, Spencer, Darrell, Adrianna and Anthony and sisters Mary Langille, Riverton and Betty Garvin, Trenton, Ont.
Tom was predeceased by his step son Darrell Green; brothers, John, Harold and Clarence.
A Celebration of Life for Tom, will be held at the Westville Legion 2-5 pm Saturday, October 22, 2016
