Obituary of Jean Muir

Jean Elizabeth Muir, 97 of Trenton passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017 in Glen Haven Manor, New Glasgow. Born in Dalhousie Mountain, Feb. 28. 1920, she was a daughter of the late Gordon and Catherine “Cassie” (Bezanson) Taylor. She was a member of the Church of The Nazarene, Trenton. Mrs Muir is survived by her half brother, Stanley Hansford, Ontario; special nieces , Evelyn Baillie, Lyons Brook and Patsy Barnett, Trenton, grand nieces and nephews and several cousins. She was predeceased by her husband, John Muir; son Leonard Patriquin; grand daughter, Laura Patriquin; sister Isabel Cooke; brothers James , Elmer and Earl Taylor and an infant brother. Mrs. Muir rested at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville with visiting on Monday, March 13 . Her funeral service was held 11 am Tuesday March 14 from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with Pastor Leon Teal officiating. Spring burial will be in Telford Cemetery
