So sorry for your loss. I worked with Patsy for most of her working years at the Manor.. She was one of the greatest persons' I have ever worked with, she trained us for our work as P.C.W.S' and she made all who worked with her so truly fortunate. She without a doubt was truly so gifted in the field of caring for the residents and they were so fortunate for having her looking after them. Condolences to you Graham, Earl and Coleen on your loss of a wonderful wife mother and best grandmother too .. Condolences to all Patsys' family members
