Obituary of Robert Angus Russell

The Russell family sadly announce the sudden passing of Robert Angus Russell, 37, of Westville on Thursday, February 15, 2018.

Born in New Glasgow, he is a son of Susun (Downey) Russell-White and the late Robert Russell and stepson of Paul White.

Robert loved music, especially playing guitar, and 4 wheeling. His greatest love was his children.

He will be dearly missed by his children, Morgan and Kody and their mother Deborah; Khia, Robert "Bobby", Kaiden, Ryland and their mother Connie; and fiancé Nancy; sisters, Suzannah Nickerson (Dennis), Tammy Hawboldt (Rick); nieces and nephews, Brandon, Bradley, Isabel, and Cierra; Gary (Samantha) and Makayla; paternal grandmother Ethel Russell and maternal grandmother Joyce Downey; special friend and father figure Tom Linthorne; several aunts, uncles, and cousins.

He was predeceased by grandfathers Robert Russell and Ronald Downey.

Robert rested at Eagles Funeral Home where his family received visitors on Sunday, February 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. His funeral service was held Monday, February 19 at Eagles Funeral Chapel. Burial was in St. Andrew’s Cemetery, Gairloch.
